We’ve selected some really significant environments, creatures and events from the game and turned them into 3D printed miniature figures. We’ve also gone a step further to plan out interchangeable bases which will give collectors the opportunity to mix and match their favourite Sak or monster poses with the miniature base of their choice. We’ve got the 3D models for several of these well under way and have begin to test the 3D printing aspect; as you can imagine, the detail for these models is significantly higher than the game itself requires so printing is still very time consuming. This is of course trial and error since so many different makes and models of printer exist, as do a wide variety of materials with which to print. We are very fortunate to have a few friends who have offered to print the prototypes so as we work towards final versions, we’ll be sure to post updates with snapshots of the actual 3D printed models.
